DeeDee has been in the real estate profession since 1992. During that time, she has been a top producer in this area and has received many awards. She has closed over 1700+/- transactions in her career. The designations she has earned includes Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Master of Real Estate, and has completed the Certified Negotiation Specialist Course and Broker Course. She is a member of the Women’s’ Council of Realtors. She is also a graduate of Lincoln University with a B.S. degree in Administration. After serving 21+ years in the Missouri Army National Guard, she retired in 1995 at the rank of MSG E 8. DeeDee has served on the Board of Realtors; was a State Director and served on several committees for the local board/state level and is active in her community. She is a member of St. Martin's Church and is a member of the Downtown Association. She also is a graduate of the Missouri Association of Realtors Leadership Academy 2006. Ron has been in the retail sales since 1976 and has joined his wife in business in 2003. He has completed the Real Estate course, Fast Start, and completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri. He has also completed the Certified Negotiation Specialist Course and Broker's Course. He has served in the Army U.S. Reserves and is a member of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and St. Martins Church. He is also a member of the Board of Realtors. Ron and DeeDee have been married for over 29+ years and have one son, Donnie, daughter-in-law Ami, and grandsons, Riley and Blaze. Donnie has been around real estate for most of his life. He received his Missouri State Salesperson License in 2007. Donnie has been a licensed REALTOR® for almost 4 years. He attended the Phil Gardner School of Real Estate, completed his Missouri Salesperson Pre-examination course and Missouri Real Estate Practice Course and is a graduate of the Missouri Association of Realtor GRI program. He is a member of St. Martins Church, Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors and the National Board of Realtors. Ami has always been passionate about sales. Transitioning into the Real Estate industry was an easy decision for her. Joining forces with her loving husband, Donnie Mehmert, was an exciting move for both of them. Gwynn has been in the real estate profession since February of 2006. She has completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri and has gotten an e-PRO designation. She has currently enrolled to complete her Accredited Buyers Representative course in 2007. Gwynn is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and serves on several committees. Julie is new to the real estate industry and is ready to assist and guide you through the home buying and/or selling process to make it a pleasant experience. She previously worked as an insurance agent for seven years, on the personal side helping clients protect their home, auto, life and health. She enjoyed her work as an insurance agent, but is now living her life-long dream of being a real estate agent. She has completed the 48 hour Pre-exam Salesperson course and the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course to successfully earn her Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License. She and her husband, Jeff, are long-time residents of Jefferson City. They feel it is a great place to reside and raise their two daughters. Lyndel is no stranger to real estate. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Lyndel was personally involved in multiple real estate transactions as a buyer, seller, or home-flipper. Phyllis has been in the real estate profession for 27 years. She was a Business Teacher with the Jefferson City Public Schools for 30 years. She enjoyed working with the students and teachers, many of whom have became faithful real estate clients throughout the years. Sharon has been involved with real estate for over twenty years. She and her husband Rick have enjoyed owning and operating their own construction and development companies. Kevin is excited to begin his new career in the real estate business. He is a recent graduate of The Phil Gardner School of Real Estate. Kevin retired from the public school system after 29 years of service as a teacher, coach, and administrator. His education includes B.S.E., M.S.E. and Ed. Spec.
