With The Mehmert Group, our clients and customers will receive just that. We work together for your purpose as a group! DeeDee has been in the real estate profession since 1992. During that time, she has been a top producer in this area and has received many International awards. She has closed over 1700+/- transactions in her career, which is an average of over 100 transactions a year. WOW!!! The designations she has earned includes Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Master of Real Estate, and has completed the Certified Negotiation Specialist Course and Broker Course. She is a member of the Women’s’ Council of Realtors. She is also a graduate of Lincoln University with a B.S. degree in Administration and a minor in Human Sociology. After serving 21+ years in the Missouri Army National Guard, she retired in 1995 at the rank of MSG E 8. DeeDee is on the Board of Realtors; is a State Director and serves on several committees for the local board/state level and is active in her community. She also volunteers time on the County Board of Equalization and is a graduate of the Missouri Association of Realtors Leadership Academy 2006. Ron has been in the retail sales since 1976 and has joined his wife in business in 2003. He has completed the Real Estate course, Fast Start, and completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri. He has also completed the Certified Negotiation Specialist Course. He has served in the Army U.S. Reserves and is a member of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and St. Martins Church. He also serves on committees for the Board of Realtors. Donnie completed the Phil Gardner School of Real Estate 2007. He is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors. Donnie has been an assistant for The Mehmert Group from 2005 - 2007. He is the son of Ron & DeeDee and is a full time sales associate. Donnie, a 2004 graduate of Helias High School, has also attended classes at Columbia College. He is also a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and currently enrolled in the Graduate of Realtor Institute. He enjoys playing Bass and working out. Gwynn has been in the real estate profession since February of 2006. She has completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri and has gotten an e-PRO designation. She has currently enrolled to complete her Accredited Buyers Representative course in 2007. Gwynn is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and serves on several committees. She is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce and the Jefferson City Home Builders Association. Julie is new to the real estate industry and is ready to assist and guide you through the home buying and/or selling process to make it a pleasant experience. She previously worked as an insurance agent for seven years, on the personal side helping clients protect their home, auto, life and health. She enjoyed her work as an insurance agent, but is now living her life-long dream of being a real estate agent. She has completed the 48 hour Pre-exam Salesperson course and the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course to successfully earn her Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License. She and her husband, Jeff, are long-time residents of Jefferson City. They feel it is a great place to reside and raise their two daughters. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a graduate of Helias High School. For fun, she enjoys playing volleyball on the Parks and Recreation evening league and working with silk and live flowers. She and her family are active in the Jefferson City area Heart Walk each year with their own heart walk team “Sydni’s Superstars”. Bill is a recent member of the Mehmert Group Realtors team. He completed the Phil Gardner School of Real Estate in August of 2009. He is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has lived and worked in Jefferson City his whole life but most recently was employed with Jefferson City Coca-Cola for nearly 14 years. He is a single father of a daughter, Bailey. He has many interests and hobbies but has recently devoted his time to have a successful career in real estate. Lyndel is no stranger to real estate. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Lyndel was personally involved in multiple real estate transactions as a buyer, seller, or home-flipper. He knows firsthand what people expect from their agent, and how the right agent can make the process of buying or selling a home less stressful and more rewarding. Lyndel has dedicated himself to being the kind of agent that people can trust and rely on to represent them with integrity, enthusiasm, and care. Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Lyndel enjoyed a successful career as a teacher, coach, and principal. Additionally, Lyndel is completing his nineteenth year in the Missouri Army National Guard. He also has experience in the sales field, having been an agent for Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance. Lyndel received his initial training from 1st Choice Real Estate School, where he completed his Missouri Salesperson Pre-Examination Course and the Missouri Real Estate Practice Course. The father of a son and daughter and a strong believer in education, Lyndel is completing work to earn his Doctorate of Education and has already made plans to continue his real estate education.
