DeeDee has been in the real estate profession since 1992. During that time, she has been a top producer in this area and has received many International awards. She has closed over 1700+/- transactions in her career, which is an average of over 100 transactions a year. WOW!!! The designations she has earned includes Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, Master of Real Estate, and has completed the Certified Negotiation Specialist Course and Broker Course. She is a member of the Women’s’ Council of Realtors. She is also a graduate of Lincoln University with a B.S. degree in Administration and a minor in Human Sociology. After serving 21+ years in the Missouri Army National Guard, she retired in 1995 at the rank of MSG E 8. DeeDee is on the Board of Realtors; is a State Director and serves on several committees for the local board/state level and is active in her community. Ron has been in the retail sales since 1976 and has joined his wife in business in 2003. He has completed the Real Estate course, Fast Start, and completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri. He has also completed the Certified Negotiation Specialist Course. He has served in the Army U.S. Reserves and is a member of the American Legion, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and St. Martins Church. He also serves on committees for the Board of Realtors. Donnie completed the Phil Gardner School of Real Estate 2007. He is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors. Donnie has been an assistant for The Mehmert Group from 2005 - 2007. He is the son of Ron & DeeDee and is a full time sales associate. Donnie, a 2004 graduate of Helias High School, has also attended classes at Columbia College. He is also a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and currently enrolled in the Graduate of Realtor Institute. He enjoys playing Bass and working out. Joel is a lifelong resident of Jefferson City and member of Central United Church of Christ, and has been involved in real estate since June of 2005. He has successfully completed his required courses as well as earning real estate designations in ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate REALTOR Institute) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist). Joel actively keeps up with the current market and technology associated in real estate and has attended several functions such as the National Association of Realtors annual convention held in 2006. Gwynn has been in the real estate profession since February of 2006. She has completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri and has gotten an e-PRO designation. She has currently enrolled to complete her Accredited Buyers Representative course in 2007. Gwynn is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and serves on several committees. She is also a member of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce and the Jefferson City Home Builders Association. Michelle has been selling real estate since August 2007, and joined the Mehmert Group in 2008. Prior to selling real estate, Michelle worked in the education field for six years, as well as two years with the banking industry. Michelle is a graduate of Columbia College with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Utilizing her education and experience, she is sure to provide you with top-notch customer service. She is very active in the community and is an active member of First United Methodist Church. Michelle’s professional affiliations include membership with: Jefferson City Board of REALTORS®, MO Association of REALTORS®, National Board of REALTORS®, Home Builders’ Association of Central Missouri, and the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce. Outside of the real estate world, you can find Michelle singing at a variety of public events; most notably at the St. Louis Cardinals stadium each year. Ty has been a Jefferson City Area resident since her marriage to Robert in 1980. She and her husband Bob have raised two children and live with their two dogs in the Holts Summit area. Since her retirement from teaching and Bob's retirement from Missouri National Guard and Missouri Department of Corrections, she has been a REALTOR® since 2006. Ty loves learning and although she holds advanced degrees from Lincoln University and from Missouri State (SMSU) in Springfield, she is currently enrolled in GRI classes so that she can more effectively represent her clients. A volunteer for many organizations Ty's favorites include Delta Society, Shiloh United Methodist Church, Columbia Second Chance and SERVE. She loves cooking, sewing, all types of crafts and reading. Rachelle is a lifelong resident of Jefferson City and has been involved in the real estate since January of 2004. She has completed the Graduate of Realtor Institute of Missouri. Rachelle is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and serves on several committees. She is also a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS and is currently serving as President of the local chapter, Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce and a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts USA. Jan has been active in the Real Estate business since 1978. She is a Life Long Resident in Jefferson City. She is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and Alumni Association. Julie is a new to the real estate industry and is ready to assist and guide you through the home buying and/or selling process to make it a pleasant experience. I previously worked as an insurance agent for seven years, on the personal side helping clients protect their home, auto, life and health. I enjoyed my work as an insurance agent, but am now living my life-long dream of being a real estate agent. I have completed the 48 hour Pre-exam Salesperson course and the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice Course to successfully earn my Missouri Real Estate Salesperson License. My husband, Jeff, and I are long-time residents of Jefferson City. We feel it is a great place to reside and raise our two daughters. I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and I am a graduate of Helias High School. For fun, I enjoy playing volleyball on the Parks and Recreation evening league and working with silk and live flowers. Bill is the newest member of the Mehmert Group Realtors team. He completed the Phil Gardner School of Real Estate in August of 2009. He is a member of the Jefferson City Area Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has lived and worked in Jefferson City his whole life but most recently was employed with Jefferson City Coca-Cola for nearly 14 years. He is a single father of a daughter, Bailey.He has many interests and hobbies but have recently devoted his time to have a successful career in real estate.
